When can I expect my shipment?

We aim to ship all orders out within 2-3 business days. Our products ship directly from Poland, and the time to deliver will vary based on the location of delivery. Express shipping options are available for purchase in the checkout cart. 

Are there customs & duties for products?

Customs and duties are dependent on the location of delivery. We do not mark up the prices of our products. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, the predicted customs and duties will appear on the checkout page and will be included in your total shipping price.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase for unworn pieces with the original tags. However, we do not provide shipping labels for returns and your return will need to be shipped back to us before we process a return or exchange for you.

How Do I Start A Return?

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. Prepaid cards may be limited in acceptance. The terms are based on Shopify’s payment portal.

How Should I Care For My Products?

We use high quality linen, silk, leather, and cotton and recommend caring for your product with dry cleaning or gentle hand washing.
